1.How to order?
You can choose any item you want adding in cart and checkout then ;you can fill all your information, and then checkout again. It will show a button about;pay by PP; then click it, you can;make the PP payment and it is the same to pay by credit card. When we got your order and payment we will arrange it in 2 days, and give you tracking number after the parcel is sent out. It always takes 5-7 working days for you to receive the package.
2. Are your jerseys authentic?
Our jerseys are authentic quality although it is replica. It has the exact same quality as players jersey on its material, embroidery number ,thicker and comfortable All the numbers are 100% embroidery of multi-cloth and Pro-Brite polyester with a lycratalic spandex dazzle collar, side panels, and cuffs.

3. I want to order from your site, but I want to get a sample first. Can I?
Yes. you can order a sample to test our jersey quality. But we don’t offer free sample.
4. Do I have to pay tax in customs?
Our parcels are shipped from China. We always write “GIFT” on the tracking paper. Our customer always don't need to pay for the tax in customs. If you meet this situation, please contact us at the first time. We will offer you a commercial invoice which will help you solve this problem.
5. How can I get information after I have paid for the Jerseys ?
You will get a confirmation email for order processed placed.
Then We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as possible after we shipped the parcel.
6.If there is any quality problem for the jersey, how do you solve it?
We suggest you can contact our customer service at the first time if you are not satisfied with the jersey. We will solve it well according to different situations. We may give you some discount or resend the jersey or something else.
But we don’t hope any chargeback for credit card or complain on  PP. It is not good for business if credit card is declined. We believe that any problem can be solved well after talk.
7.I have tried many times to pay with credit card, but it failed. What can I do?
We can accept both Visa card and Master Card. If you can’t pay, please change another card to have a try. If it is still failed, please contact our customer service: service@authentic-jersey.us   We will help you to complete the payment.
